Cmedia and Respond2 Honored with Thirteen Campaigns on 2011 IMS List of Top Infomercials and Spots
PORTLAND, Ore. – January 23, 2012 – R2C Group ®, the industry’s largest independent direct response advertising agency, today announced it has secured top 50 rankings for thirteen of its client campaigns running throughout 2011.
Cmedia, the media-planning and -buying team within R2C Group, bought and managed strategic media campaigns for six of the top 25 infomercials, including shows for Euro-Pro, Total Gym and Tria Beauty. Respond 2, the creative team within R2C Group, produced the three Euro-Pro shows: Shark Navigator Lift Away, Shark Professional Steam Pocket and Ninja KS1100. Respond2 also partnered with Cmedia to produce and buy media for two of the top four short-form direct response commercials. The agency secured the #2 spot for the Pro-Form Ab Glider from ICON Health & Fitness, and the #4 spot for weight loss service provider, eDiets.
These rankings are based on year-long research gathered by the Infomercial Monitoring Service, Inc. (IMS), an independent research firm that monitors 49 national TV networks 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. IMS rankings are based on the frequency of programs and spots aired on the national cable networks monitored by IMS from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011.
