Mark has spent more than three decades in marketing working on both the brand and agency sides in virtually every business category—from automotive and wireless, to technology, cpg, financial services, and telecom.

He spent his early years client side working for Fortune 50 global brands. He advanced to Advertising Director for Philips Electronics where he was credited for transforming how products are launched via DRTV platforms and channels. In the book Maximarketing, Mark was called a “media pioneer” for his daring use of ‘infomercials’ to drive retail sales.

Mark went on to join Williams Worldwide as the Managing Director. There, he led the cultivation and conversion of more than 20 Fortune 500 brand DRTV campaigns with outstanding results. Barry Blau, the CEO of Barry Blau and partners, then recruited Mark to head up their new business efforts. Shortly after Mark joined the agency, they won Merck and Fleet resulting in more than $250mm in billings and helping the company be acquired by what ultimately became Brann Worldwide, the largest direct marketing in the world at the time, which then became Snyder Communications/Circle.com/EuroRSCG4D.

In 2000, Mark co-founded eSource, one of the first drive-to web-marketing agencies. There he worked with dozens of web portals and start-up brands, as well as many leading established brands. A few years later, Mark joined forces with Source Marketing and helped to quadruple the size of the agency during his tenure. As Managing Partner, Mark’s new business efforts were credited with earning more than half of the company’s profits and making the agency an important partner in the MDC portfolio of brands.

In 2015, after a 15 year journey as equity partner in Source, Mark launched Add Toner, LLC as a growth accelerator for agencies and emerging brands. He is an angel investor in Crowdflik, a crowd source video app, and sits on the board of advisors for americantowns.com , a hyper-local native content platform. Mark holds an MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in marketing.
