R2C Group Captures Top Honors of the Infomercial Monitoring Service (IMS) 2008 Rankings

R2C Group Campaigns Include the #1 Spot and #2 Infomercial for the Second Year in a Row

For the seventh consecutive year, Infomercial Monitoring Service Inc. (IMS) has announced the rankings of the top 50 infomercials and top 50 spots of the year. R2C Group, the largest independently-owned, response-driven advertising agency in the country, bought and managed the media campaigns for the #1 spot (Perfect Pushup) and the #2 infomercial (bareMinerals), in addition to numerous other top-ranking spots and infomercials for 2008, according to Infomercial Monitoring Service Inc. (IMS).

Including the top-ranking Perfect Pushup spot, R2C Group media and/or creative clients captured eight of the top 30 rankings for short format spots – an impressive achievement.

On the top infomercial (long format) rankings, R2C Group clients captured seven of the top 50 rankings, including the #2 infomercial of the year: bareMinerals, which R2C Group both managed the media and produced the creative campaigns for.

IMS rankings are based on the frequency of programs and spots aired on the national cable networks monitored by IMS from January 1, 2008 through October 31, 2008.
