Interactive Account Manager

The newly created role of Interactive Account Manager in our West Chester, PA office will be responsible for accelerating the growth of our Interactive business: media, creative, technology, and CRM services. Current clients include TiVo, Cisco, Consumer Cellular, WebMD, and others. Our business development team consists of top R2C Group leaders and is constantly engaging with prospective clients as a result of our reputation within more traditional direct response channels. We strive to challenge and grow our employees so this position could evolve to include management of key digital clients on the East Coast and learn the DRTV side of the business. This is a major opportunity to grow the R2CG business through Interactive/Digital Response.
Key Responsibilities
• Work within a high-level team to attract and qualify prospective clients for our digital services via capabilities presentations, competitive research and relationship development.
• Participate in initial new business calls to qualify prospects for a wide range of digital services.
• Build strong relationships with prospective digital marketing client contacts.
• Develop strategies for media, creative, technology, and CRM with the Digital team.
• Present digital capabilities and strategies with the help of digital services managers.
• Understand and use data and direct response strategies to drive results in digital campaigns.
• Apply keen attention to detail, energy and utmost personal integrity in building team and client relationships.
Qualifications
• 5+ years demonstrated success in interactive business development or account management role within a digital services organization.
• Significant understanding of digital strategies as they relate to media, creative, technologies, and CRM
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Superior organizational skills with ability to multitask and make deadlines in a high-paced environment
• The ability to build relationships with clients and travel as needed to agency and client locations
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and agency technology
• Education: BS or BA
