Media Account Director

THE MEDIA ACCOUNT DIRECTOR is responsible for managing our Client’s overall media strategy, flawless campaign execution and client leadership to ensure our direct response campaigns are successful. This position has been created to handle increased business and demand for our ROI-based brand of advertising. Based in Portland, OR, this position reports to the Client Services Director and will manage several agency teammates who will make their accounts successful.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
• Develop the media account team, our products, our client’s and your personal growth.
• Innovate through client management, media product development, and new reporting methods.
• Work within agency to develop personal relationships that help manage campaign processes across all channels
• Be a strong inspirational leader who has the ability to articulate a clear vision
• We expect our Senior Account Managers to demonstrate integrity in dealing with people and situations associated with the agency and not shy away from ‘all-hands’ work when needed
• Manage budgets and grow revenue
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ Years of Media and Account Management in the Advertising industry with national-level clients
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication/presentation skills, especially around metrics and ROI.
• Superior organizational skills with ability to multitask and make deadlines in a high-paced environment
• The ability to build relationships with clients and travel as needed to agency and client locations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and agency technology
• Education: BS or BA
